About Muttens Metal Art

Hello. My name is Sam and welcome to my website.

My interest in metal art started whilst undertaking an engineering course at college, which I then followed up by attending a blacksmithing course with the amazing Nigel Barnett, at his forge in Fransham, Norfolk.

My pieces are mainly inspired by the natural world, although I am happy to undertake commissions around a wide variety of subjects. See some of my commissions here.

My preferred style is for free flowing forms and spheres which reflect nature, although I am happy to experiment with other more formal styles and even include some humorous pieces in my work.
